RAMP is now the official replacement system and must be used for all:

• Proposal development
• Routing
• Submission to Grants.gov
• Agreements
• Award setup

WISPER and SFS Have Been Decommissioned

The WHISPER Login link under Related Links will now direct users to a “WHISPER Search” page.

You can still:

• Search and view historical WISPER records
• Search documents in DocFinity using the DocFinity link

However, no other actions can be performed in WISPER.
